Voygent Help
Voygent is a trip-building workspace you use through an AI assistant. Connect it to Claude and plan trips through a guided interview: Voygent asks the right questions one at a time (who's going, when, style, budget), then helps you assemble a structured trip you can refine across conversations. Every flight, hotel, and price in the trip comes from a live tool result — never from the model's memory — and your trips persist between sessions in your private workspace.

Connect Voygent to Claude
Five steps, about two minutes.
Use a web browser for setup. The Claude mobile app can't add custom connectors, so do these steps at claude.ai in a browser on a laptop, tablet, or phone. The steps are the same on all of them.
- Get your personal connect link
Go to voygent.ai, enter your email, and press Email my connect link. We email you a personal connector URL. Keep it private — anyone with that link can act as your account.
Your connect link looks like this https://voygent.ai/mcp/u/9f3c2a81-77d1-4b52-a6f4-1e8c2b9d0e44?token=kR4mWv9pXqJ2LtC7…Example only — yours arrives by email. The part after token= is your key; never post it anywhere public.
- Add the connector in Claude
If Voygent appears in Claude's connector directory, click Connect there and skip to the authorize step. Otherwise add it manually: in claude.ai open Customize (left sidebar) → Connectors, then click Add → Add custom connector.
In the dialog, fill in Name:
Voygentand Remote MCP server URL:https://voygent.ai/mcp. Leave the OAuth Client ID and Client Secret fields under Advanced settings empty, then click Add.
- Authorize
Back on the connector's page, click Connect.
Voygent's authorization page opens. Paste the personal connector URL from your email and approve.
- Approve the tools — all sections
The first time Claude uses Voygent it asks permission per tool group. Approve them all, and pick "Always allow" where offered — otherwise Claude stops to ask on every search, which makes trip planning painfully slow. Voygent's search tools are read-only; the tools that change your trip data always describe exactly what they write.
- Take the quick start
In a new chat, say "Show me the Voygent quick start" for a one-screen tour, or jump straight to an example prompt.
Voygent works on every Claude plan, including the free tier.
What you can do on the free tier
Guided trip planning
A step-by-step interview turns a vague idea into a concrete, saved trip plan you can keep editing in later sessions. Trips support validation, checklists, group summaries, and section-by-section reading and editing.
Flight reference pricing
Live price lookups for any route and date, including a flexible-dates search that scans nearby weeks to find the cheapest time to fly.
Hotel search
Location-based hotel lookups with prices, ratings, and amenities.
Price sanity checks
Paste any quoted travel price — hotel, flight, package — and get a quick reasonable-or-not verdict with market context.
Trip import
Point Voygent at an itinerary page or paste a quote, and it extracts the structure into an editable trip.
Compare-and-pick boards
View flight or hotel options side by side in an interactive board right in the chat, and record your picks on the trip.
Example prompts
Copy any of these into a chat with Voygent connected.
"Help me plan a 7-day anniversary trip to Portugal in September for two — interview me first, then save the trip."
"What are round-trip flights from Nashville to Dublin running June 10–20 for 2 adults? We could shift a week either way if it's cheaper."
"A hotel quoted us $2,400 for 5 nights in Santorini in July, 4-star. Is that reasonable?"
"Find well-reviewed hotels near the Vatican for March 12–16 under $250/night."
"Import this itinerary and save it as a trip I can edit: <url>."
To see everything available in your session, just ask Claude to "list my Voygent tools".
Free-tier limits
- Cost-bearing lookups (live flight and hotel price searches) are capped per day on the free tier. The cap resets daily.
- Some searches and supplier integrations (travel-advisor portals, commission-aware airfare, cruise-line search, client-ready proposal pages, CRM workflows) are part of the paid tiers — see voygent.ai.
Troubleshooting
Claude says the connector isn't authorized / tools stopped working
In claude.ai, open Customize → Connectors, remove Voygent, and connect again with your personal connector URL.
You lost your personal connector URL
Email support@voygent.ai from your signup address and we'll reset it. (Re-submitting the signup form with an address that already has an account intentionally does not re-send the link.)
A search returns no results or an error
The response usually says why (invalid dates, unknown airport code, daily cap reached). Rephrase with specific dates and 3-letter airport codes, or try again the next day if you've hit the free-tier cap.
Privacy & data
What Voygent stores and why is described in the Privacy Policy; use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service. Voygent never collects payment inside the connector — booking always happens on the supplier's own site.
