Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of Voygent. By using the service you agree to them.
Who can use Voygent
Anyone of legal age to enter a contract may use Voygent to plan their own travel. The free tier is open to travelers directly and requires no travel-industry credentials.
The professional features — connecting a travel-supplier portal with your own login, and planning on behalf of clients — are intended for travel professionals who hold the credentials (such as IATA, CLIA, or host-agency membership) those supplier systems require. If you connect a supplier portal, you are responsible for complying with the terms of every portal and API you connect through Voygent.
What Voygent is — and isn't
Voygent is a trip-building, search, and quoting tool. It helps you assemble verified trip data and produce itineraries (Folios). Voygent is not a booking engine and is not the seller of travel: you book directly with the supplier, or through your host agency if you are a travel professional. Voygent does not take payment for travel on your behalf.
Booking links Voygent returns may carry a standard referral code, and we may earn a commission if you book through one. This does not change the price you pay or the results you are shown.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your access token and any connected credentials secure.
- Use the service only for legitimate travel planning.
- Verify prices, availability, dates, and confirmation details with the supplier before quoting or booking — see "No warranty" below.
- Respect each supplier's terms, rate limits, and acceptable-use rules.
Authorization to act on your behalf
This applies only if you connect a supplier portal. When you connect a supplier credential, you authorize Voygent to use it to perform the searches and actions you initiate. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting the credential.
No warranty
Search results, pricing, and availability come from third-party suppliers and can change without notice. Voygent provides results on a best-effort basis and does not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm with the supplier before relying on a result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voygent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from supplier data, bookings, or actions taken based on the service. The service is provided "as is."
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, for violating these terms or a supplier's terms, or to protect the service and its other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above reflects the current version.
