Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

Voygent is a trip-building tool used two ways: by travelers planning their own trips on the free tier, and by credentialed travel professionals planning on behalf of clients on the paid tiers. It runs as a service on Cloudflare's infrastructure and connects to the AI assistant and travel-supplier systems you choose. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. Some sections apply only to one kind of use; each says so.

Information we collect

Free account signup

Anyone can sign up for a free Voygent account to plan their own travel — no travel-industry credentials and no supplier logins are required. When you sign up we store your email address (to deliver and identify your connector), an optional self-described role, the time of signup, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address (abuse prevention). To delete your account and this data, email support@voygent.ai.

How Voygent is funded

The free tier is free to use. Booking links Voygent returns may carry a standard referral code, and we may earn a commission if you book through one. This does not change the price you pay, and it does not change which results we show you or how they are ordered. We do not sell your data to advertisers, and Voygent does not carry third-party advertising.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, your trip data, your clients' information, or your supplier credentials. We do not read your Claude memory, chat history, conversation summaries, or files, and we do not collect conversation content beyond what a tool call needs to answer it.

Supplier credentials

This section applies only if you connect a supplier portal — a paid-tier feature for travel professionals. Credentials you connect are encrypted at rest and used solely to perform the searches and actions you initiate. They are not shared with other advisors or with third parties beyond the supplier they authenticate to. You can remove a connected credential at any time. (Details of credential custody are documented in our security notes and may evolve as the Pro credential features roll out.)

Where your data lives, and processors we use

Voygent stores data on Cloudflare (Workers KV, D1, and R2). We rely on a small set of service providers to operate:

Client data

This section applies when you plan on someone else's behalf. If you are planning your own trip, the trip data is simply your own and this section does not apply. When you enter your clients' details, you control that data and are responsible for having the right to provide it. Voygent processes it on your behalf to build and share the deliverables you create. Advisor-only information (such as commission) is stripped from the client-facing view of a Folio.

Data retention

We retain trip and account data for as long as your workspace is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your workspace data by contacting us.

Your choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting support@voygent.ai. Disconnecting a supplier credential removes our ability to use it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
